Eton Raises 2026 Revenue and Margin Outlook

Chief financial officer Judith Matthews raised full-year 2026 revenue guidance to more than $175 million from the previous expectation of over $145 million.

Management also increased its adjusted EBITDA margin outlook to more than 40% from over 35%. Matthews expects the full-year adjusted gross margin to approach 75%.

President and CEO Sean Brynjelsen said Eton surpassed its $200 million annualized revenue run-rate target five quarters ahead of schedule. Brynjelsen expects adjusted EBITDA margins to remain around 50% over the coming quarters, although research investments could create fluctuations.

ETON Reports Strong Q3 Performance

Third-quarter revenues surged 158% year over year. Growth reflected HEMANGEOL contributions and increased sales across several established products. Results included a one-time income tax benefit. Non-GAAP earnings were 50 cents per diluted share, compared with 4 cents a year earlier.

Adjusted EBITDA increased to $28.5 million from $2.9 million, with the margin expanding to 49% from 13%. Adjusted gross margin improved to 80% from 45%.

Eton Sees Continued Momentum in HEMANGEOL

Chief business officer David Krempa identified HEMANGEOL's first full quarter of sales following its relaunch as the largest sequential growth driver.

During questions from Craig-Hallum, Krempa said HEMANGEOL's net pricing approached the upper end of management's previously discussed range, supported by favorable product mix.

Chief commercial officer Ipek Erdogan-Trinkaus told Canaccord Genuity that patient adoption exceeded historical levels. She outlined initiatives targeting patients receiving generic alternatives and discussed modest sales force expansion during 2027.

ETON Prepares LIBERVANT for Commercial Launch

Brynjelsen highlighted the recently licensed LIBERVANT seizure rescue treatment as a potential entry into pediatric neurology. The company anticipates an April 2027 launch, subject to regulatory approval and applicable exclusivity restrictions.

The FDA has assigned a March 29, 2027, target action date to an application seeking approval for patients aged six to 11.

Responding to Canaccord Genuity, Erdogan-Trinkaus described plans for a dedicated neurology sales force of fewer than 20 representatives. Management identified school-age pediatric patients as a particularly important commercial opportunity.

Eton Advances Its Rare Disease Pipeline

Brynjelsen emphasized ASN-001, a topical treatment candidate for infantile hemangiomas, as a potential future portfolio leader. Eton targets a mid-2027 regulatory submission and potential commercialization in 2028.

The ET-900 program targeting infantile spasms is expected to begin Phase II enrollment in early 2027, with preliminary data potentially available by midyear.

ET-700 demonstrated improved tolerability against GALZIN but weaker copper absorption inhibition. During questions from B. Riley Securities, Brynjelsen explained that faster-release formulations will undergo additional evaluation in 2027.

ETON Highlights Cash Generation and Acquisition Capacity

Brynjelsen reported approximately $35 million in quarterly operating cash generation. Cash balances reached $55.6 million at September's end.

The company also prepaid $5 million of debt, reducing outstanding principal to approximately $22 million.

During questions from H.C. Wainwright, Brynjelsen emphasized disciplined hiring as Eton expands development and commercialization activities. Management intends to pursue additional late-stage and commercial rare disease assets while maintaining financial discipline.

Eton Maintains Its Long-Term Growth Priorities

Management expressed confidence in expanding the commercial portfolio while advancing multiple regulatory milestones. Brynjelsen reiterated the company's $500 million revenue ambition for 2030 without establishing a revised achievement date.

Eton's immediate priorities include sustaining existing product growth, preparing anticipated 2027 launches and advancing clinical programs. Regulatory outcomes and development execution remain central to its expansion plans.
